This page describes what personal data tsunadeaichat.com touches and why. In brief: we never follow you around the web, we keep only what you send us yourself, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
Who is in charge of your data
Tsunade AI Chat is a non-commercial fan project funded by affiliate commissions and run by a single Naruto fan, who acts as the data controller for this website under the GDPR and comparable laws. Any privacy question can be sent to [email protected].
When you browse
This site carries no ad networks, no social media widgets and no tracking cookies. Our fonts are self-hosted, so reading a page does not contact Google or any other font service.
Cloudflare hosts the site. To serve pages and block abuse, Cloudflare necessarily handles your IP address and technical request details such as your browser type. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for this, and Cloudflare processes the data under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
How we count visitors
For traffic figures we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics. It drops no cookies, retains no personal data and does not trace you from one website to the next; we simply see totals for page views and visits. Besides that, a tally we built ourselves logs which button a visitor pressed, with no detail about the visitor.
The 18+ confirmation
Confirming your age saves one small entry named "age18" in your browser's local storage, so the question does not come back on every visit. That entry is the only thing this site stores on your device. It is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data for this site removes it.
Messages you send us
The contact form collects your name, email address and message and hands them to FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards form entries to our mailbox. We use this information only to answer you. Messages are deleted after twelve months, unless we need one for longer to deal with a legal matter such as a takedown dispute.
Leaving for SpicyChat
Each chat button sends you to SpicyChat, an independent company, with our referral code attached so the sign-up can be credited to us. Once you land there, SpicyChat's privacy policy governs everything, including its cookies, your account, your conversations and your payments. None of that information is ever passed back to us.
Your rights
Under laws such as the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD and the California CCPA, you may have the right to access the data we hold on you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Because the only personal data we keep is contact form mail, these requests are easy to handle: write to [email protected]. You are also free to lodge a complaint with your data protection regulator.
Minors
The site is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, and we never knowingly collect data from children. If a minor has written to us, let us know and the message will be erased.
Updates to this policy
When our data handling changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
